TODAY, and every other day, you are answerable before ALMIGHTY GOD! So why “make every day a Mandela day”? Why do you bend over backwards for a mere, frail, mortal man? Why do you worship and idolise Nelson Mandela by placing him on a pedestal? Why do you erect statues and glamorise his mere flesh that is perishable in works of your own hands? You have made him your god! TODAY, Nelson Mandela and the world community is called to repentance and to refrain from worshipping the creature;
REPENT and worship the One and Only True and Living God of Creation – the Lord Jesus Christ the Righteous!
O Christian, if you are one of them that is as the heathen that bow down and worship man, here is your indictment against you, thou hypocrite! God speaks to you from His Holy Word:
Exodus 20:3 Thou shalt have no other gods before me. Exodus 20:4 Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth: Exodus 20:5 Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me; Exodus 20:6 And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments.
Romans 1:22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, Romans 1:23 And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things. Romans 1:24 Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves: Romans 1:25 Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.
TODAY, flee from your idolatry, confess your sins before God for: It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God (Hebrews 10:31) For our God is a consuming fire (Hebrews 12:29). And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell. (Matthew 10:28).
