Repent and Believe South Africa reports: Despite it being on the WHO’s list of medicines a South African Court Order in January 2021 gave certain restrictions to doctors and patients to use Ivermectin subject to a Section 21 application that could take a while before being used. The South African news article Ivermectin rules for SA: Which COVID-19 patients will get the treatment? reports the following:

HOW WILL IVERMECTIN BE USED IN SOUTH AFRICA?

Issuing an update earlier this afternoon, SAHPRA confirmed that they will allow the use of ivermectin on our shores ‘through a controlled compassionate access programme’. All medical professionals wanting to use the drug to treat coronavirus patient must file a Section 21 application, and keep extensive records of patient progress.

“In response to the demand for access to ivermectin for human use, SAHPRA will enable a controlled compassionate access programme, using Section 21, until further data becomes available.”

“A person desiring to sell an unregistered medicine subject to registration in terms of section 14 of the Act, for purposes other than a clinical trial, shall apply to the Authority, on an application form obtainable from the office of the Chief Executive Officer, for authorisation in terms of Section 21 of the Act to sell such a medicine.”

The process isn’t quick and easy, put it that way.

WHEN IS THE RIGHT TIME TO USE THIS TREATMENT?

This ‘compassionate’ approach is the best SAHPRA can do for the time being. Despite some studies suggesting that ivermectin can slash the mortality rates of COVID-19 by 80%, it remains extremely untested. Yes, it has shown some ‘promising signs’ – but the available data do not justify a wide-scale rollout at this particular moment.

So, under these guidelines, who will be prescribed ivermectin – and what will the process be?

• Section 21 allows medical practitioners to apply for approval of access to unregistered ivermectin in COVID-19 cases.
• Patients who receive ivermectin on this basis will have to be named and identified first.
• These will be controlled as prescription-only Schedule 3 medicines. All sources must meet quality assurance standards.
• Only quality-assured ivermectin products, intended for human use, will be made accessible.
• Importation of ivermectin products for human use will only be allowed in accordance with Section 21.

While the list of crimes committed by authorities during the COVID-19 pandemic is a long one, perhaps the biggest crime of all is the purposeful suppression of safe and effective treatments. At this point, it seems quite clear that this was done to protect the COVID jab rollout.

The COVID shots were brought to market under emergency use authorization (EUA), which can only be obtained if there are no other alternatives available. In a sane world, the COVID gene therapies would never have gotten an EUA, as there are several safe and effective treatment options available.

One treatment that stands out above the others is ivermectin, a decades-old antiparasitic drug that is on the World Health Organization’s list of essential medications.

What makes ivermectin particularly useful in COVID-19 is the fact that it works both in the initial viral phase of the illness, when antivirals are required, as well as the inflammatory stage, when the viral load drops off and anti-inflammatories become necessary. It’s been shown to significantly inhibit SARS-CoV-2 replication in vitro,¹ speed up viral clearance and dramatically reduce the risk of death.

Many scientists and medical experts have warned that vaccinating children against COVID-19 is both unnecessary and risky in the extreme. Doshi is an associate professor at the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy and the senior editor of The BMJ. We also shared that on average 11,800 South Africans die every year from influenza, yet flu statistics became nil as flu-illnesses were consumed and inflated into the COVID-19 data. Whilst this was taking place, this whole pandemic has been a PCR test fraud as most coronavirus tests have been false-positives which incidentally drives the fear-mongering narrative that the South African government is holding to in order to manipulate the masses for their own agendas. These agendas are well documented in many more postings at this site and on social media platforms as we use scientifically proved data from first world countries as the “South African science experts” largely remain silent about investigating the true reasons behind this medical emergency fiasco.

During the South African 2020 winter season the NCCC / Dept. of Health reported that South Africa had a no-to-little flu season. The “reason” is the fact that the influenzas were all reported as COVID-19 cases which inflated the COVID-19 statistics. We now have a greater dilemma in that South African politicians and their so-called experts are creating greater fear with their third-wave rhetoric and “medical experts” calling for stricter lockdown measures – i.e. reverting from adjusted level-3 to possibly level-5 again as some have called for in the media, yet they will not tell the truth that South Africa is in its current influenza season which is going to increase positive flu-like symptoms especially when there is no natural herd-immunity operating with enforced draconian social-distancing, lockdowns and mask-wearing regulations at play. These have time-and-again been proved scientifically that they do not eradicate the coronavirus, if even it truly exists as a “deadly killer disease” as made out to be by the fear-mongering dictators. After all, with a 95% and greater recovery rate South African crime has a higher mortality rate in comparison to the virus! Also the “third-wave”, especially in the Gauteng province as of now, is a direct result of vaccinated persons showing adverse side-effects and probably even dying that are falsely and deceitfully being recorded as further COVID-19 complication-related “new cases and deaths!” In this Mercola.com article the following is stated, quote:

Governments are using fear to control and manipulate their citizens. That has now been admitted by members of the Scientific Pandemic Influenza Group on Behaviour (SPI-B), a subcommittee that advises the Scientific Advisory Group for Emergencies (SAGE) in the U.K. And they should know, because they advocated for it, and now say it was a regrettable mistake. As reported by The Telegraph, May 14, 2021:¹

“Scientists on a committee that encouraged the use of fear to control people’s behaviour during the COVID pandemic have admitted its work was ‘unethical’ and ‘totalitarian.’ Members of the Scientific Pandemic Influenza Group on Behaviour (SPI-B) expressed regret about the tactics in a new book about the role of psychology in the Government’s COVID-19 response.

SPI-B warned in March last year that ministers needed to increase ‘the perceived level of personal threat’ from COVID-19 because ‘a substantial number of people still do not feel sufficiently personally threatened.’

Gavin Morgan, a psychologist on the team, said: ‘Clearly, using fear as a means of control is not ethical. Using fear smacks of totalitarianism. It’s not an ethical stance for any modern government. By nature I am an optimistic person, but all this has given me a more pessimistic view of people.’”

Who Are the Vanguard?

The word “vanguard” means “the foremost position in an army or fleet advancing into battle,” and/or “the leading position in a trend or movement.” Both are fitting descriptions of this global behemoth, owned by globalists pushing for a Great Reset, the core of which is the transfer of wealth and ownership from the hands of the many into the hands of the very few.

The COVID pandemic has ushered in a new era of biodigital convergence — one that’s been in the works for decades but is now accelerating in the name of public health and new normalcy. As I said June 7, 2021, the most freedom in this new era will be awarded to those who are vaccinated.¹

Speaking with The Andrew Marr Show, Tony Blair, former prime minister of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, affirmed this, stating, “It’s important to distinguish between the vaccinated and the unvaccinated. Giving the vaccinated the most amount of freedoms.”²

Freedom, however, isn’t something to be granted to you by authorities in exchange for obedience, but in this altered reality segregation between the vaccinated and unvaccinated is increasing.

Those who comply will earn their freedom back, setting the mindset that by getting vaccinated and going along with government’s industrial process you’re being enhanced, while if you do not you’re holding society back, are noncompliant and may be a threat to others. As James Corbett covers in The Corbett Report above, we’re in the midst of:³

“… the implementation of a medical martial law system presided over by unappointed, unelected, unaccountable public health authorities who now have literal control over your everyday movements, who are constructing a total surveillance grid that comes with it the prospect of not just vaccine passports but health passes generally, which will be used to restrict your ability to access public life and that you will be guilty until proven innocent of infection under this new paradigm that is being installed.”

This is only the beginning. The next step isn’t only about freedom but synthetic enhancement that will redefine what it means to be human. In all likelihood, opting in to biodigital convergence will come with rewards while resisting or rejecting will come with penalties.

• Canadian immunologist and vaccine researcher Byram Bridle, Ph.D., has gained access to Pfizer’s biodistribution study from the Japanese regulatory agency. The research, previously unseen, demonstrates a huge problem with all COVID-19 vaccines
• The assumption that vaccine developers have been working with is that the mRNA in the vaccines would primarily remain in and around the vaccination site. Pfizer’s data, however, show the mRNA and subsequent spike protein are widely distributed in the body within hours
• This is a serious problem, as the spike protein is a toxin shown to cause cardiovascular and neurological damage. It also has reproductive toxicity, and Pfizer’s biodistribution data show it accumulates in women’s ovaries
• Once in your blood circulation, the spike protein binds to platelet receptors and the cells that line your blood vessels. When that happens, it can cause platelets to clump together, resulting in blood clots, and/or cause abnormal bleeding
