Remembrance Day 2015

Gary sharing the Gospel of God with Moses We attended at the Remembrance Day (Armistice Day and M.O.T.H.) held in Pietermaritzburg on Sunday October 8, 2015 with the sole reason of sharing the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. Before the laying of the wreaths took place, Gary presented the Gospel of Jesus Christ to a 14 year old homeless child named Moses who had approached Tammy for something to eat. Our discussion revealed that Moses is orphaned and has been sadly kicked out of his 22 year old brother Patrick’s house in Eastwood, due to the older sibling getting involved with a girlfriend! If this is true, this shows the depravity of man and to what depraved levels this man has gone! Absolutely WICKED!

IMG-20151108-WA000 He was taken through “The Way to God” WMP booklet, as he cannot read, and which was given to him as it has some sketches. It was also ascertained that he had some-sort of Roman Catholic background! He was understanding the true Gospel of GOD that was presented to him, and he was encouraged by us to get off the streets by going to either the Youth for Christ’s shelter Khayalethu or the YMCA that are both involved in taking street-kids off the streets. “Khayalethu has been able to reunite more than 10 children and youth with their families.” (cover story in the Maritzburg Fever newspaper dated November 4, 2015).

After feeding Moses spiritually, he was blessed . . .

Proverb 19:17  He that hath pity upon the poor lendeth unto the LORD; and that which he hath given will he pay him again.

Please remember this boy Moses in your prayers for salvation! Please also pray for those who heard the proclamation of the Gospel of Jesus Christ in the open-air.
